Booth Package + Pricing

Standard Booth Package:
$32.00 per square foot; $275 corner premium

Each exhibitor receives an 8' back drape, 3' side drapes, a booth identification sign and free listing in both the printed and online directory, along with numerous free promotional and marketing opportunities. Additionally, the IHMRS provides full-scale operational assistance to help maintain the costs of exhibiting.
 

Drayage Included Package:
$38.00 per square foot; $275 corner premium 

For an additional $6.00 per square foot exhibit space fee, all inbound Javits Center dock to booth and outbound booth to dock (empty boxes/crates etc., retrieval, storage and empty boxes/crates etc., return) fees are included in this package. Items must be shipped directly to show site only (excludes small package delivery, i.e. FedEx).
