DEMONSTRATION KITCHEN

Sponsored by Food Arts magazine, the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique and the ICA-ACF Big Apple Chapter, the Demonstration Kitchen is an intensive culinary program featuring both pastry and traditional demonstrations in which each chef prepares a chosen specialty, demonstrates its preparation and offers a tasting of the finished product to attendees.

This year, the Demonstration Kitchen is located on the main exhibit floor in Hall 3E.

Food Arts magazine will be on-hand to introduce cooking demonstrations presented by some of the most world-renowned chefs.

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions or try a sample or two. Recipes are available following each demonstration. Come, learn and enjoy!
