The Salon of Culinary Art, which is organized by the Société Culinaire Philanthropique, features live cooking demonstrations and competitions in a variety of culinary skills as well as more than 300 static food displays. The Salon showcases Master Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Bakers, Butchers, Culinarians and Apprentices from around the world competing in a multitude of categories. The exhibit features fancy buffet tables, decorated fish and poultry, pastry work, and other artistically prepared foods. In addition to medals, trophies and certificates, cash prizes will be presented to winners at the Salon. Located on Level One in the Culinary Resource Center.
