Sponsorship benefits begin well in advance of the
Show! As deadlines allow, sponsors will receive acknowledgement
in pre-show direct mail reaching more than 250,000 hospitality professionals
and visitors to www.ihmrs.com. So hurry and take advantage

In addition, on-site recognition through the Show Directory,
signage and announcements, where appropriate, help to further enhance
the Sponsor's exposure. Wherever possible, company logos, product logos
and related corporate identity are employed to reinforce the Sponsor's

Attendee Bags
Add company logo along with the official IH/M&RS® logo to help
direct attendees to your booth. Shopping bags are available to show
attendees at all show entrances.
Bags may not exceed 15" x 15" size.

Badge Carrier Card*
This 3/4" x 8" produced carrier card is mailed to 10,000 preshow
registrants with their show badge. Add a customized message or coupon
to help drive show traffic to your booth.
Price: $10,000.
Confirmation of Online Registrants*
Be seen by the approximately 15,000 buyers who will register online
for this year's IH/M&RS. Your company name and a direct link to
your website will be printed on every online registration confirmation.

eBusiness Center
This high exposure opportunity will provide attendees complimentary
computer access to 15 - 20 terminals to check their email and explore

 Grab the attention of attendees the minute they arrive at Javits!

Hanging Pens will be distributed at over 30 IH/M&RS seminar

Shuttle Buses
 This premier advertising opportunity is the most visible product
promotion at IH/M&RS®. The Show utilizes shuttle buses throughout
the IH/M&RS® to transport attendees and exhibitors to and
from the 30 IH/M&RS® hotels to the Javits Center. What a great way
to display your company or product logo and message on one or multiple
buses.
